The rooms are fabulous with soundproof construction and stunning views overlooking the bay, the building is spotlessly clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

Comfy apartment. Appreciated the easy check-in too. Helpful stuff at all times. The location is stunning and brilliant with easy access to Fullers Great Sights, it's merely a 5 minute ride from the place.

El Cafe in front of this place was definitely worth my time. Close to paihia harbour, easy walk to other attractions. Free Wi-Fi worked well. I greatly enjoyed my holiday here

Had great experience for three nights.

The apartment was comfy and spectacular, had a marvellous view of the bay of islands. The host met us and explained everything. Rooms of this property were reasonably large, there is a climate control, flat-screen TV, and a microwave provided. It had a private bathroom. Having a handy kitchenette was an advantage.

Our stay at Bay Of Islands Beachhouses was perfect and relaxing for three nights. The staff was competent, and we even got to meet the host. The room was soundproof and had an electric kettle and TV. The apartment's location was very convenient, being close to the Bay of Islands airport just 25 km away.
